Mobile phones and the internet have been game-changing inventions for humanity, but too much screen time is negatively impacting the physical and mental health of our children.

Mobile addiction is a definite threat to their overall welfare. Kids spending too much time on screens is a major worry, affecting their health and intelligence capacity.

Parents often hand over mobile phones to kids to escape childcare responsibilities, which has negative impacts. Experts warn that handing phones to babies can delay speech and problem-solving skills, leading to developmental delays.

In fact, research suggests that the more time babies spend on smartphones, the more likely they are to experience developmental delays.

To mitigate these risks, parents and caregivers can set screen time limits, encourage physical activity, and engage children in creative play.

Monitoring app usage and setting boundaries can also help. Moreover, parents can model healthy screen use habits themselves, demonstrating a balance between technology use and other activities. By being mindful of screen time and promoting healthy habits, we can help children develop physically, emotionally, and cognitively.

Definitely,  this proactive approach can ensure that children grow into capable, well-rounded individuals.
