IN THE FIRST WEEK OF JUNE, RAHUL GANDHU WILL VISIT NEW YORK AND ADRESS NON RESIDENT INDIANS OF THE STATE

On June 4, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi will go to New York in USA and will adress the NRI s of the place. The information has came from the sources of Indian Overseas Congress.

     During his week long stay in USA, it is reported that he is likely to visit other places of USA namely Los Angeles and Washington DC.

     Although the date is finalised but the venue has not yet been decided where he would adress the NRI s. It will get finalized in this week.He will interact with the students from various universities.

     In March this year, Rahul Gandhi had visited the UK during which his remarks alleging that the structures of Indian democracy are under attack and there is a "full-scale assault" on the country*s institutions, had created a row back home.

His remarks had triggered a political slugfest, with the BJP accusing him of maligning India on foreign soil and seeking foreign interventions, and the Congress hitting back at the ruling party by citing instances of Prime Minister Narendra Modi raising internal politics abroad.
