Maharashtra political crisis: “BJP threatening NCP chief Sharad Pawar” alleges Sanjay Raut

“ I want to tell PM Modi and Union home minister that some of their leaders are threatening NCP chief Sharad Pawar. This immoral act will trigger a legal battle. If the saffron party continues to threaten senior leaders, then Shiv Sainiks will come out to the streets”

Amid the boiling political turmoil in Maharashtra, Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut targeted BJP over the rebellious movement in Shiv Sena and alleged that the saffron party is intimidating NCP supremo Sharad Pawar.

Sanjay Raut took to Twitter to sling allegations at the BJP. He wrote, “ union minister of the saffron party has threatened Sharad Pawar that he will not be allowed to go home if he attempts to save Maharashtra government.”

Sending an open message to PM Modi and Union home minister Amit Shah, Raut wrote, “ I want to tell PM Modi and Union home minister that some of their leaders are threatening NCP chief Sharad Pawar. This immoral act will trigger a legal battle. If the saffron party continues to threaten senior leaders, then Shiv Sainiks will come out to the streets”.

Commenting on rebel Eknath Shinde’s attempt to dislodge the current chief minister of Maharashtra Uddhav Thackeray, Raut said that to so, there are certain rules set by the apex court of India.

He also explained that the fight depends upon “numbers of MLAs, papers and on the street” and assured that Uddhav Thackeray will emerge victorious in all three fields.
