A member of Imran Khan’s Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), Zain Qureshi was seen using Sidhu Moose Wala’s image in an election campaign on Saturday.
While campaigning for by-polls in Punjab province slated for July 17, Qureshi used the Indian slain singer. He hoisted the poster which featured Moose Wala, Qureshi, and other party leaders. Hit song ‘295’ was also used in the campaign.
Addressing the people during his campaign, Qureshi said, “I would like to thank everyone who has printed a picture of Sidhu Moose Wala on the poster because this poster has gone very viral because of this picture. None of our posters have gone so viral before.”
Sidhu Moose Wala was a popular Punjabi singer who was shot dead on May 29 in Jawaharke village of Punjab. Goldie Brar and Lawrence Bishnoi were reportedly behind the killing of the singer.
