Bomb Threat to Ram Temple Raises Alarm

Ayodhya has turned into a fortress after Khalistani terrorist Gurpatwant Singh Pannun issued a bomb threat targeting the Ram Temple. Security forces have been placed on high alert, with the Uttar Pradesh government deploying additional personnel to safeguard the temple premises.

Pannun, who is associated with the banned organization Sikhs for Justice (SFJ), released a video threatening to disrupt the peace in Ayodhya. The temple, slated for its grand inauguration early next year, has drawn global attention as a symbol of India's rich cultural and religious heritage.

While officials have reassured the public of stringent measures to counter any potential threat, the announcement has left devotees and local residents on edge. "This temple is a dream come true for millions. Such threats cannot and will not deter us," said a member of the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Trust.

Critics have raised concerns about whether India's intelligence and counter-terrorism mechanisms are adequately prepared for challenges like this. "Pannun’s repeated provocations highlight gaps in addressing global terror networks targeting Indian landmarks," a security analyst opined.

The BJP-led state government has vowed to ensure the safety of all pilgrims and visitors, stressing that no compromise will be made on security. Ayodhya's residents, however, demand action beyond temporary reinforcements.

With the Ram Temple’s inauguration looming, the challenge for authorities lies in maintaining public confidence while ensuring safety. The bomb threat serves as a chilling reminder of the persistent threats to India's peace and unity.
