Pak Minister ‘Certifies’ NC, Congress for Pushing Pakistan's Agenda: Nadda

BJP President JP Nadda stirred fresh controversy by claiming that Pakistan’s minister has “certified” the National Conference (NC) and Congress as promoters of Pakistan’s agenda in Jammu and Kashmir. Speaking at a party rally, Nadda said that these parties were engaging in divisive politics, which could harm India's interests.

Nadda emphasized that both parties are working against national unity and trying to manipulate public sentiment in favor of Pakistan's interests. He added that Pakistan's open support for these parties is a direct threat to India's sovereignty.

“Pakistan itself is endorsing these political outfits, and the people of Jammu and Kashmir must see through this game. Their actions serve foreign interests, not India's,” Nadda stated, urging voters to reject the NC and Congress in the upcoming elections.

Nadda’s comments come amid heightened political tensions as Jammu and Kashmir prepares for assembly elections. He asserted that only the BJP is focused on safeguarding the unity and integrity of India.

The Congress and NC have dismissed these allegations, calling them baseless and politically motivated. NC leader Omar Abdullah retorted that BJP is attempting to polarize the electorate by creating fear and confusion.

Nadda’s statements are expected to intensify the already charged political atmosphere ahead of the elections, where security and regional stability remain critical issues.
