Tight 3-Tier Security at Counting Centres for Poll Results

With election results set to be announced, authorities have put in place tight three-tier security arrangements at all counting centres across the region. The move is aimed at ensuring the safety of polling personnel, election observers, and the general public, as well as maintaining transparency throughout the counting process.

Officials have confirmed that the first security layer comprises local police forces who will guard the periphery of each centre. In the second tier, paramilitary forces will maintain a strict vigil inside the premises, monitoring entry and exit points. Finally, the third tier includes special security forces stationed at critical points inside the counting halls to protect the electoral data and secure ballot boxes.

Election observers from the Election Commission will closely monitor the process to avoid any disruptions or irregularities. CCTV cameras have been installed in all key areas to provide real-time surveillance, with feed being watched continuously by command centres.

With the heightened political climate surrounding this election, authorities are leaving no stone unturned to avoid any untoward incidents. Roads leading to the counting centres have also been cordoned off to restrict unnecessary movement, and only authorized personnel will be allowed entry.

The measures have been welcomed by political parties and citizens alike, who expect a fair and peaceful conclusion to the voting process.
