DC Kulgam Inspects Ongoing Works at JNV Site and Transit Accommodations in Mirhama

Kulgam, April 10: Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kulgam, Athar Aamir Khan (IAS), conducted an extensive inspection of key developmental projects at Mirhama, including the construction site of Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNV) and transit accommodations.

The JNV project, spread over 143 kanals, is being developed under Phase A and B works at a cost of Rs. 35.30 crore. The DC reviewed the physical progress and directed officials to accelerate the pace of work while maintaining quality.

DC Khan also inspected the transit accommodation project, comprising 12 blocks with 192 flats, being executed by the R&B Department at a cost of Rs. 28.40 crore. Three blocks have been completed so far.

He was accompanied by ADC Viqar Ahmad Giri, ACR Riyaz Ahmad Shah, Executive Engineers, Tehsildar Kulgam, and other officials.
