AKSHAY KUMAR TRANSFORMS INTO CHHATRAPATI SHIVAJI MAHARAJ, SHARES HIS FIRST LOOK

Akshay Kumar debuted his first look video as Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj in his forthcoming historical drama 'Vedat Marathe Veer Daudle Saat' on Tuesday. The actor's Marathi debut has created a great deal of enthusiasm among moviegoers and has raised the bar to new heights.

Akshay commented in Hindi, "Jai Bhavani Jai Shivaji," as he shared the look peek on social media. The post has received almost four million views. 

The film, which tells the narrative of seven courageous soldiers who dedicated their lives to realising Shivaji Maharaj's ideal of Swarajya and penning one of history's most magnificent pages, is slated to be released in theatres in 2023.

'Vedat Marathe Veer Daudle Saat' is directed by Mahesh Manjrekar and produced by Vaseem Qureshi - The film is a Qureshi Production offering and is slated to be released in Marathi, Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu on Diwali 2023.
