Janhvi graced our feeds with the teaser for Mili only hours after releasing the first look posters. Janhvi plays Mili Naudiyal, a B.Sc. nursing graduate, in the true-story survival thriller.
Janhvi, who is trapped inside a freezer, first appears in the teaser. The heat inside has caused her face to turn crimson. She is struggling to survive inside the freezer every second, pressing her palms together and hitting the walls. Her co-stars Sunny Kaushal and Manoj Pahwa, who are both concerned about Mili's whereabouts, are briefly shown in the teaser. The freezer's temperature is displayed at one time to be minus 16 degrees Celsius. The teaser concludes with a cutaway of Mili opening her refrigerator to get a carton of milk from before she became locked in the freezer.
Janhvi Kapoor released two posters from Mili earlier in the day. She is shown in the first one grinning at the camera while carrying a rucksack. She captioned the picture, “In 1 hour her life is going to change.”
The next scene shows Janhvi Kapoor battling inside a freezer. The poster's tagline was "Frozen but not shaken."
Mathukutty Xavier's survival thriller Mili is a replica of his own Malayalam film Helen (2019). Ritesh Shah wrote the screenplay, which Boney Kapoor produced. The movie will premiere on November 4, 2022.
