Indian rapper Emiway Bantai found himself in a terrifying situation while filming his upcoming music video "Dubai Company" in Sharjah, when a car stunt went wrong, leaving fans across social media expressing deep concern for the artist's safety.

The incident, captured on camera and later shared by the rapper himself, shows Emiway hanging halfway out of a speeding Toyota SUV as it performs sharp drifts around a curve. In a shocking turn of events, the vehicle suddenly jolts, throwing the rapper from the window and causing him to land headfirst on the ground.

The dramatic footage was released as part of Emiway's "Day to Day with Emiway" vlog series Episode 3, with the artist captioning it "Stunt Gone Wrong" on his social media platforms. The video quickly went viral, sparking widespread reactions from fans and fellow artists alike.

Social media was flooded with concerned messages from fans who witnessed the dangerous mishap. "Oh, that's right. he fell while they were doing stunts behind this beautiful video. A lot of hard work, but he did it for us, and yeah,h AlHamdulla, he is safe now," wrote one supporter on Instagram.

Many fans pleaded with the rapper to prioritise his safety over entertainment value. "Itna dedication mat laao lala, ki jaan chali jaaye," commented another follower, while others echoed similar sentiments with messages like "Mt kr lala, mt kr, mai bolra hu na tereko mt krr.

Several fans noted the severity of the fall, with comments highlighting that "Damn... Sar ke bal gira tha he be doing his stunts (He fell on his head)," emphasising the dangerous nature of the stunt that went awry.

This incident comes at a particularly sensitive time for the entertainment industry, following the recent tragic death of renowned stuntman SM Raju during a film shoot for director Pa Ranjith's upcoming project. Raju's accident, which involved a failed car stunt where the vehicle flipped multiple times, has renewed discussions about safety protocols on sets and the risks associated with performing dangerous stunts.

The timing of Emiway's accident has intensified these conversations, with many questioning whether adequate safety measures are being implemented during such high-risk filming sequences.

Muhammad Bilal Shaikh, professionally known as Emiway Bantai, has established himself as one of Indian hip-hop's most influential figures since his breakthrough with the 2014 hit "Aur Bantai." The Bengaluru-born, Mumbai-raised rapper has built his reputation through raw, authentic storytelling and an unwavering DIY approach to music production.

Known for his unapologetic swag and viral hooks, Emiway has consistently pushed boundaries in both his music and visual presentations. His upcoming track "Dubai Company" promises to deliver high-octane visuals, luxurious aesthetics, and adrenaline-fueled energy, though this recent incident raises questions about the lengths artists will go to achieve such production values.

Despite the frightening fall, reports indicate that Emiway walked away from the incident without serious injuries. The rapper appears undeterred by the mishap, with "Dubai Company" still scheduled for release on July 23, 2025, as originally planned.

However, the incident serves as a stark reminder of the potential dangers involved in creating increasingly elaborate content for entertainment purposes. As fans continue to express their relief at the artist's safety and their hopes for a more cautious approach to future projects, the entertainment industry as a whole may need to reassess the balance between spectacular visuals and performer safety.

The viral nature of this incident has sparked broader conversations about risk-taking in the pursuit of creating engaging content, particularly in an era where social media demands increasingly dramatic and attention-grabbing material from artists and content creators.
