Amit Shah: Only Lotus Can Secure J&K

Ahead of the Jammu & Kashmir Assembly elections, Home Minister Amit Shah made a bold statement, asserting that only the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) can secure the region and ensure lasting peace. He warned that if the National Conference (NC) and Congress return to power, the state could witness a resurgence of terrorism.

Addressing a rally, Shah highlighted the progress made under BJP's leadership, crediting Prime Minister Narendra Modi's government for restoring normalcy in Jammu & Kashmir. He emphasized that the abrogation of Article 370 brought new hope to the region and opened doors for economic development and political stability.

Shah accused the NC-Congress alliance of compromising national security and promoting divisive politics. “The return of the NC-Congress government will lead to the restoration of terrorism,” he cautioned, urging voters to reject parties that, in his words, "stood against the nation's integrity."

As the election date draws near, BJP has ramped up its campaign, focusing on development, security, and the protection of Jammu & Kashmir's future. Shah's speech signals the party’s strong stance against its opposition, positioning BJP as the sole guardian of the state's stability and safety.
