India Bloc’s Power Play in Rajya Sabha

The India Bloc’s decision to submit a no-confidence motion against Rajya Sabha Chairman Jagdeep Dhankhar has raised eyebrows and fueled the already heated political landscape. This move, orchestrated by the united opposition, underscores their deep dissatisfaction with Dhankhar’s handling of parliamentary proceedings, which they claim lacks neutrality and fairness.  

While the opposition argues that Dhankhar has consistently sided with the ruling party, his supporters defend him as upholding the Constitution amid unprecedented challenges. This confrontation goes beyond an individual—it is a referendum on the balance of power and impartiality within India’s parliamentary democracy.
