Education is by pulse of sanity viewed    to be the positive process  that not only supports  in, but also nurtures  the mental and physical development of a child.
 But there are still many bleak facets hitting hard our students.

From Kashmir to Kanyakumari in many parts of this country this worrying  facet is proven by the overweight school bags carried daily by the majority of students in Kashmir and many other parts of the country that  has become a normal sight othere. 

The pulse of health experts is that , these overloaded bags are  a health curse  for the students.  Weighty school bags are not helping in any way simply breaking the back of young students .

 

It is an established fact that the overstuffed school bags have always been a huge curse  for children. Recent health studies at global have also shown negative  impacts of weighty school bags on the overall health of children. As it can lead to poor flexibility of the back, poor exercise, and excessive weight-carrying can adversely  affect the spine.

 

 

On account of these negative realities, parents and students across India are demanding stricter implementation of already issued  regulations by authorties to be followed in letter and spirit by  schools.

The heavy bags have also in a way defined  the intense academic strain that the local schooling  system is thought  to be putting on the students.

 

 

Need of the times, across the country is to make efforts  of making a knowledgeable  individual  out of each student has become a process no less than  torture that starts at the age of 4 and never halts ... We can  at many   bus stops in country   see heroic students battling with massive overloaded rucksacks. The complete exercise is nothing but a backbreaking experience  for the young souls  

 Last year in month Of April in Kashmir, per the circular instructions, the students of pre-primary classes should be exempted from carrying a school bag while the weight of the school bag for class 1st and 2nd primary should not exceed 1.5kg and the weight of school bags carried by students of 3rd and 4th should not exceed 3Kg.

 On their part, the school students almost in unison state -The heavyweight  school  bags are a frightening for almost every student .

Undoubtedly, the serious  issue of weighty bags should be addressed across the country .
