CHARGESHEET FILED AGAINST MADHYA PRADESH RESIDENT ACCUSED FOR EXTRACTING MONEY IN LIEU OF PROVIDING 'OUTSIDE COUNTRY JOBS': CBK

Srinagar, Dec 8 : The Economic Offence Wing of Crime Branch Kashmir on Wednesday filed a chargesheet against an accused for extracting 'huge amount' of money on pretext of false hopes of providing 'outside country jobs'.


"An chargesheet was filed in case under FIR No. 21/2014 U/S 420 RPC of Police Station Crime Branch Kashmir against Syed Anas Ahmad, son of Syed Mansoor Ahmad, resident of Ward No. 23, H. No. 04 Mehandiwali Gali, Taliya Chowki Bhopal, M.P. (Pin 462001) / A/P Mumbra, Mumbai Before the Hon’ble Court of 13TH Finance Srinagar", said CBK spokesperson in a statement to GNS.


"The instant case had been registered upon a written complaint, wherein it was alleged that the complainant was dealing with Manpower Recruitments, during which the complainant came in touch with the accused and paid him huge amount on pretext of providing a job/employment orders outside the country, but neither the employment was provided nor the money was returned back to the complainant", the spokesperson said. 


"During the course of investigation, offence under section 420, RPC have been found established against the accused and accordingly Charge Sheet in Case FIR No. 21/2014 produced before the Hon’ble Court of 13TH Finance Srinagar", the spokesperson further said. (GNS)
