Bagtore, Gurez: A grand Mega Tiranga Rally was organised in the Bagtore area near the Line of Control (LoC) in Gurez Valley of Bandipora district, carrying a powerful message of unity, brotherhood and national pride.
The rally witnessed enthusiastic participation from schoolchildren, local residents, the Jammu & Kashmir Police and the Indian Army. With the Tricolour held proudly high, participants came together to celebrate the spirit of unity, peace and harmony.
The rally conveyed a strong message that the nation stands united, with equality, brotherhood, peace and harmony prevailing among people from all communities. The vibrant participation of children, residents and security forces made the event a memorable celebration of “Unity in Diversity” and love for the nation.
Speaking to the media, local resident of Bagtore, Ghulam Mohideen Lone, said, “We are very happy to see such Tiranga rallies being organised in the border areas of Gurez, especially with the participation of the Indian Army. These events give us a great sense of pride and strengthen the bond between local residents and our security forces.”
He added, “Such programmes are especially meaningful for the people living in border areas. They bring communities together, inspire our children and spread a message of peace, brotherhood and patriotism. We hope more such events will be organised in the future, so that the younger generation continues to understand the importance of unity, harmony and respect for our nation.”
