KULGAM, MAY 05: In a move to promote digital governance and improve administrative efficiency, the District Administration Kulgam today conducted a comprehensive training programme on the e-Office system for government employees at the District Headquarters.

The training was held under the supervision of Additional District Development Commissioner (ADDC) Kulgam, Altaf Ahmad Khan, and focused on familiarizing employees with the key features and functions of the e-Office platform. The initiative aims to ensure a seamless transition to a paperless, transparent, and efficient working environment across government offices.

As part of the programme, master trainers were nominated to spearhead departmental-level training and provide ongoing support to facilitate effective implementation of the system.

The session also saw the presence of the District Informatics Officer from NIC and Shabeer Ahmad, an expert from the IT department of the Civil Secretariat, who provided key insights into the technical aspects of the platform.
