On May 23, two local 'hybrid' militants of the banned terror group Lashkar-e Taiba (LeT) were arrested with rifles and ammunition in Srinagar, according to authorities
'Hybrid' militants are individuals who aren't classified as ultras but are radicalised enough to carry out a terror attack before resuming their normal lives.
"Two local hybrid terrorists from the banned terror group LeT/TRF were arrested by Srinagar police.
Incriminating materials, weapons, and ammunition were discovered, including 15 pistols, 30 magazines, 300 rounds, and a suppressor "Vijay Kumar, the Inspector General of Police in Kashmir, said on Twitter.
The Resistance Front, or TRF, is a LeT branch.He stated that a case had beenfiled and that an investigation was now underway.
