Amid escalating political tension in Maharashtra, Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray tested positive for Covid-19.
The information surfaced when senior Congress leader Kamal Nath interacted with the media. He said that he was looking forward to meeting the Maharashtra CM but couldn’t meet him as Thackeray had been infected with the Covid-19 virus.
Kamal Nath also assured that his party would continue to support Maha Vikas Aghadi government in this tough time.
The Maharashtra government is undergoing a tough time as the Shiv Sena’s Eknath Shinde and other MLAs have rebelled against the government.
