Chinese University’s decision to conduct swimming test 'online' triggers meme fest on internet

As China is once again having a bout with Covid-19, Shanghai University announced that it will conduct swimming test in an online mode. The announcement has sparked a varied reaction from the netizens. 



In some Chinese universities, it is mandatory for students to learn swimming before their graduation, as it is considered to be a pivotal skill and also improves physical fitness.



In view of resurfacing of Covid-19 in the country, the Dean's office at the Chinese university on May 15 announced that the swimming test for senior graduating college students will be conducted online.
