In the continuing defamation case between Johnny Depp and his former wife Amber Heard, Depp’s ex-girlfriend Kate Moss is expected to testify. During the ongoing court case, Heard previously mentioned the model when discussing an alleged altercation between Depp and Whitney Henriquez, Heard’s sister.

She said: “Johnny swings at (Whitney) with her back to the stairwell. I don’t think twice, I don’t think twice – I simply think of Kate Moss and stairs.”

In 2020, Heard made the accusation for the first time at her testimony in the United Kingdom. At the time, she stated: “I remembered hearing that he had shoved a past girlfriend down the stairs – I believe it was Kate Moss. This rumour had come from two sources, and it was still vivid in my mind.”

During the continuing defamation case in Fairfax, Virginia, Depp’s legal team was spotted pumping their fists when she first mentioned Moss’ name.

They were able to use the model as an impeachment witness to disprove the charge because to the reference. Moss will appear in court later this week, according to a source close to Depp, according to People.

Moss has revealed that it took her years to get over her breakup with Depp. “No one has ever been able to truly care for me,” she explained. For a brief moment, Johnny did so. What he said was true. He’d tell me what I do if I asked, ‘What do I do?’ That’s what I’ve been missing since I left. I had completely given up. I’d completely lost my sense of who I could trust.”
