BJP opposition party leader Ramvir Bidhuri pointed his fingers on Kejriwal and demanded resignation. He claimed on Tuesday that Delhi’s CM has spent a whopping amount of 45 crores for “beautification” of his bunglow.

AAP leader Raghav Chaddha in response to this accusation responded the property in which Kejriwal lives is not his private property but a government allotted house. The property was needed to be renovated as it was constructed 75-80 years ago in 1942. He also added “The property was in deterioating state….after three serious events…ceiling collapse of CM’s parent’s room and his bedroom…PWD suggested immediate renovation or construction of new house.”

The house in which Kejriwal stays from 2015 built over an area of almost 1400 sqm, which comprised ground and first floors. After the restoration, the house has an extra floor and the whole area has expanded to 1905 sq.m.
