RESCUERS DIG THROUGH RUBBLES AS TURKEY -SYRIA EARTH QUAKE DEATH TOLL PASSES 7,700

As the scale of the disaster became ever more apparent , the death toll hooked likely to rise considerably . UN source said that the death of the children might have surged to thousand numbers .                                 

Turkish President declared Tayyip Erdogan declared a state of Emergency in 10 provinces . But residents in several damaged Turkish cities voiced anger and despair at what they said was a slow and inadequate response from the authorities to the disastrous earthquake since 1999.                   

Monday's earthquake magnitude was 7.8 , followed hours later by a second one almost as powerful, toppled thousands of buildings including hospitals, schools and apartments, injured more than 10,000 people and left huge numerber of people shelterless in Turkey and Syria.
