Hundreds of Congress workers were arrested by police as they protested the ED's questioning of Rahul Gandhi in the National Herald case, which is now in its third day.
Meanwhile, the Congress party slammed the BJP-led Centre, branding them "dictators," after posting a footage of police officers forcing their way into the Congress offices in New Delhi.
Congress leaders continued to hold large rallies outside the party headquarters in New Delhi as Rahul Gandhi appeared before the Enforcement Directorate (ED) for the third day of questioning in the National Herald money laundering case.
"Oh dictator...," read a tweet from the official party account.
"Get off the throne of democracy and into the midst of the people."
KC Venugopal, a Congress leader, claimed that Delhi Police officers forcibly entered the headquarters and "trampled against the democracy for which our forebears fought and died."
With his "Z+" category CRPF security escort, Gandhi arrived at the ED offices on APJ Abdul Kalam Road in central Delhi about 11.35 a.m.
Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, his sister and Congress general secretary, accompanied him.
