Stock Market crashes, Sensex dips by 1,000 points, Nifty descends below 15,900 level

The BSE MidCap and SmallCap also showed weak indices, falling around 2 percent each and the overall market breadth were also in favour of the bears in the 4:1 ratio.

PSB index on the Nifty was hit hard, as it fell by over 3 percent. Also, all other pockets also faced steep losses, with Auto, Metals, Consumer Durables, and Realty, down up to 2.7 percent. IT stocks, however, were showing an upward trend. 

As of 12:30 pm, Delhivery IPO was subscribed 22 percent, led by the retail category, subscribed 35 percent. 

In the meantime, Venus Pipes' offer was subscribed 3.3 times so far, whereas, the retail and NII categories were subscribed 5.7 times and 1.6 times, respectively.

Prudent Advisory's issue was subscribed 61 per cent so far on the last day. Retail category has been subscribed 1.1 times.
