The fear of heart disease is now haunting almost everyone. Uncontrolled eating habits, busy lifestyle, skipping exercise - the possibility of heart disease can arise from time to time due to various reasons. Our various wrong decisions and ignorance are the main reasons for this disease.

According to experts, it is possible to easily stay away from this disease by following some simple precautions.

In our country, about 25 percent of people are victims of hypertension, and diabetes is also one of the causes of this disease. In addition to controlling all these, you should regularly consult a doctor. Along with medication, it is important to take precautions. There are also some important rules to follow. Check out what they are:

1. Control cholesterol:

To prevent heart disease, the first thing to pay attention to is cholesterol. Irregular eating and drinking and uncontrolled lifestyle lead to excess cholesterol in the body. The body gets a small amount of cholesterol from daily food, and the daily cholesterol requirement is produced naturally. Therefore, if the cholesterol level in the blood increases due to irregularities, it becomes a risk factor. This excess cholesterol is responsible for one of the causes of heart disease. It accumulates fat in the blood vessels and obstructs blood flow, which increases the risk of heart attack or stroke.

2. Keep blood pressure under control:

There may be no specific symptoms when high blood pressure increases. Sometimes symptoms like headache, sudden dizziness, weakness, shortness of breath with slight exertion and palpitations are seen, and they also get better on their own. Most people do not want to go to the doctor with such symptoms, as a result, the disease is not detected quickly. But if you live with uncontrolled blood pressure in this way continuously, different parts of the body start to fail one by one. Uncontrolled blood pressure is one of the causes of heart attacks in our country. Blood pressure is also responsible for sudden bleeding in the brain, i.e. stroke. In addition, there is a risk of kidney failure and damage to the retina of the eye due to continuous high blood pressure.

3. Control diabetes:

Diabetes patients are always at high risk of heart disease. A recent study found that type 2 diabetes patients, whose blood sugar fluctuates to an impossible extent, are most likely to have heart disease. Those who have these abnormal fluctuations in blood sugar levels are very much on the edge of the abyss when it comes to heart disease. Therefore, they need to be very aware. And those whose blood sugar levels have remained relatively stable for at least 2-3 months can be quite safe from developing this disease.

If you can keep these three things under control - cholesterol, blood pressure and diabetes - you can greatly reduce your risk of heart disease. Regular health check-ups and doctor's advice are very important for a healthy lifestyle.
