Part of Rahul Gandhi's speech on PM Narendra Modi & Billionaire Gautam Adani has already been omitted from the records of Lok Sabha .  This time Parliamentary Affairs Minister Prahlad Joshi and BJP MP Nishikant  Dubey issued a notice of breach of rights against Rahul Gandhi for that speech.  They allege that Rahul made insulting, baseless, allegations against PM Modi without notice.  He has been asked to respond by February 15.

There has already been rage over the suppression of opposition statements against the Adani group over allegations of fraud and share price manipulation.  In this situation, the opposition has decided not to back down from the demand of a joint parliamentary committee investigation into fraud and share price manipulation against the Adani group.  Along with that, opposition parties including Congress are also trying to move against the decision of Rajya Sabha  Chairman Jagdeep Dhankar and Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla.

Monday is the last day of the first half of the budget session of parliament.  In the morning, Leader of Opposition in Rajya Sabha Mallikarjun Kharge called a meeting of leaders of other opposition parties.  According to Congress sources, besides increasing pressure on the government regarding the Adani group, the meeting will also discuss the manner in which the opposition's comments against Adanai in the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha have been deleted from the record, the Chairman Dhankar's objection to speaking against the government in the Rajya Sabha will also be discussed.
