Due to extended rain this monsoon dengue cases are expected to rise more than in previous years, For which Chief minister of Delhi Arvind Kejriwal wants to take preventive actions, and a comprehensive action plan is chalked out to stop the spread of dengue. Over the last two weeks, Delhi has witnessed 51 cases of dengue alone, raising serious concerns among health authorities.


In a joint meeting with municipal officials and the health department Health Minister Saurabh Bhardwaj, Mayor Shelly Oberoi, and officials from concerned departments were there, CM said that to spread awareness among school-going children to give them homework to inspect their homes and to ensure that there is no water logging, The government, meanwhile, has identified 35 hospitals for early Diagnosis. order to reduce dengue and malaria cases, instructions have been given to the sanitation department to conduct a cleanliness blitz in flood-affected areas.
