HIMACHAL PRADESH BUS ACCIDENT: MULTIPLE INJURIES REPORTED

A bus accident in Himachal Pradesh today, August 12, 2023, has left multiple passengers injured. The Himachal Road Transport Corporation (HRTC) bus carrying over 40 passengers fell into a gorge near Kharodi under the Karsog sub-division of Mandi district.

The bus was on its way from Mandi to Reckong Peo when it met with the accident. The cause of the accident is still under investigation, but it is believed that the bus may have been speeding.The injured passengers have been taken to the Karsog hospital for treatment. Some of the passengers are highly wounded and in serious condition.
