Rahul Gandhi, the leader of the Congress, continued the Bharat Jodo Yatra on October 13 from Bommanahalli in Bangalore, Karnataka. In five months, the march hopes to pass through as many as 12 states. On September 30, it arrived in Karnataka; it will stay here for the next 21 days before heading north.

Rahul Gandhi spent his day with women on Tuesday, including everyday professionals like teachers, labourers, and rubbish pickers. The Congressman was impressed by his conversations with them. He encouraged women to be "lionesses of their houses" after hearing about their problems at home and everyday hardships.

Sonia Gandhi, the president of the Congress, is anticipated to participate in a significant rally in Ballari, while Priyanka Gandhi, the general secretary of the All India Congress Committee (AICC), is anticipated to engage with women in the Mandya district.

Rahul Gandhi spent Gandhi Jayanthi (October 2) in the village of Badanavalu in the district of Mysuru, which was formerly noted for its khadi industry. In 1927 and 1932, Mahatma Gandhi paid a total of two visits to the khadi production facility there.

The Karnataka Congress will attempt to step up its opposition to many allegations of corruption by the state's BJP government. It has been made clear that Rahul Gandhi's yatra would focus on several important topics, including corruption, unemployment, inflation, and farmer suffering.
