Congress interim President Sonia Gandhi on Wednesday evening tested Covid positive. This has come after Sonia Gandhi attended several meetings with leaders and activists in the last week.
After testing Covid-19 positive, Sonia Gandhi has isolated herself, and she is suffering from mild symptoms.
"Some of those tested positive for Covid. Last evening, Sonia Gandhi got a mild fever. She tested Covid positive and has isolated herself. Medical consultation has happened and she is recovering," Congress leader Randeep Singh Surjewala said.
It is pertinent to mention, that on June 1, ED summoned Rahul and Sonia Gandhi in connection with the National Herald case.
