PM MODI HOLDS ROADSHOW IN RAJASTHAN'S NATHDWARA, SET TO LAUNCH MEGA PROJECTS

Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who is currently visiting Rajasthan for a day to launch development projects worth Rs 5,500 crore

On Wednesday, PM Modi arrives at Nathdwara in Rajasthan where he will lay and inaugurate foundation stone of infrastructure projects worth over Rs 5,500 crores.


    Rajasthan CM Ashok Gahlot and Governor Kalraj Mishra will pick up him from airport.Crowd gathered on both sides of the road showered flowers on PM's convoy when he was returning after praying from Shrinathji Temple.


   PM Modi laid the foundation stones for the upgradation to two-lane in Rajsamand and Udaipur districts. He also gave a green signal to the redevelopment of the Udaipur railway station.


Among other projects that were inaugurated by PM Modi include three national highway projects. It is worth mentioning here that the upgradation of roads and railways will help in the smooth transportation of goods and services and improve the socio-economic conditions of the state.


PM Modi also laid the foundation stone of a super speciality charitable hospital at Abu Road and the extension of a nursing college.


    This is the third time of the year when PM Modi is visiting Rajasthan. It has been reported that he will go to Shantivan Complex of Brahmakumaris in later part of the day.
