On the occasion of the International Day of Yoga, personnel of the Indo-Tibetan Border Police performed yoga at an altitude of nearly 14,000 feet near the scenic Pangong Tso lake, showcasing the spirit of fitness, discipline and mental well-being in extreme weather conditions.
The ITBP Himveers participated in various yoga asanas against the breathtaking backdrop of the Himalayas, highlighting the importance of yoga in maintaining physical and mental strength even in challenging environments. Images and videos of the event drew widespread appreciation across the country.
