Virat Kohli has made the decision to join the debate and choose his top five cricketers of all time after putting up a remarkable Man of the Match performance against Pakistan in the T20 World Cup 2022. The former India captain was questioned by Star Sports about his favourite cricketers of all time. He answered quickly, without pausing to consider his response, "Sachin Tendulkar and Vivian Richards."

India defeated Pakistan by four wickets in their opening match in Melbourne. India, chasing a target of 160 runs, reached 160 for six in 20 overs thanks to Kohli's unbeaten 82-run knock off in 53 balls. During his blitz, he also smacked six fours and four sixes. Today I will count this one higher. Hardik kept pushing me. The crowd has been phenomenal. You guys (fans) kept backing me and I am grateful for your support", he further added. India face Netherlands in their upcoming fixture on Thursday in Sydney, and will be aiming to build on their win.
