This groundbreaking device is capable of identifying and fixing technical issues on its own during transactions, ensuring smoother, faster, and more reliable payment experiences for merchants and customers alike.
The new POS device comes equipped with three core features—SignalHeal, SpeedHeal, and PowerHeal. SignalHeal detects network issues (mobile or Wi-Fi) and automatically switches to a better connection, drastically reducing failed transactions. SpeedHeal enhances device performance by shutting down unnecessary background apps, improving processing speed by up to 65%. PowerHeal monitors battery health and activates power-saving features, extending battery life by nearly five extra hours per charge.
This innovative technology addresses long-standing concerns faced by retailers, such as transaction failures, system slowdowns, and sudden device shutdowns. Razorpay POS claims that these AI-driven devices offer 99% uptime and significantly boost transaction success rates, ensuring uninterrupted operations at retail counters.
