 Riding in a Mahindra Scorpio, flanked by security personnel, Rashid moves through towns and villages where people eagerly await his arrival. His charisma and ability to connect with the masses have earned him the title of "Sher" among his supporters, who chant “Aya Sher Aya” as he steps out of his vehicle.

 In a region fraught with tensions, Rashid’s campaign is not without challenges. His confrontational style has made him enemies in both state and national political circles. Yet, his bold speeches resonate with a segment of the population frustrated by the status quo. He often attacks established political parties, accusing them of abandoning the interests of the Kashmiri people.
