18BN CRPF Kulgam Organizes Free Technical Courses for Local Students Under Madadgaar Scheme (Civic Action Programme)

Kulgam, April 7, 2025: In a move aimed at empowering local youth and improving their future prospects, the 18BN CRPF Kulgam has initiated a series of free technical courses under the Madadgaar Scheme, as part of their Civic Action Programme. The courses, covering critical areas like computer operations, electrician skills, and data entry, were inaugurated by the Commanding Officer (CO) of 18BN CRPF, J.M. Shilswal, and Second-in-Command (2IC) Mahesh Kumar Chaudhary.

The initiative is designed to provide students in Kulgam district with the practical, marketable skills needed to improve their employability in an increasingly competitive job market. By offering these courses free of charge, the CRPF aims to support local youth in building careers and addressing the demand for skilled professionals in various technical fields.
