Kulgam Police facilitates interactive meeting with retired police personnel in Kulgam

April 10: Kulgam Police facilitated an interaction meeting with the retired Police officers & officials at District Police Lines Kulgam. The meeting was chaired by SSP Kulgam Shri Sahil Sarangal-IPS. Besides, Addl SP NHW Qazigund shri Mumtaz Ali bhatti-JKPS, DySP DAR Kulgam Shri Mohd Ayoub Rather were also present on the occasion.

At the outset of the meeting, retired police officers appreciated Kulgam Police for organizing such meetings to review the progress of welfare measures being taken by Police. During the meeting various issues were raised which were patiently heard by the SSP Kulgam.

SSP Kulgam assured them that their genuine problems will be resolved on priority.  He further added that J&K Police is always keen for the welfare of retired police personnel and their family members. 

At conclusion, officers present expressed gratitude for their participation in the meeting and added that Jammu and Kashmir Police will never forget their sacrifices while discharging the duties. Officers appreciated the role played by them by spending their golden years in the service of this department & emphasised on them to consider police department as a family and feel free to contact in case of any exigency.
