SSP Kulgam, Police, and CRPF Officers Pay Tribute to Martyr DySP Aman Kumar Thakur on 6th Martyrdom Anniversary

Kulgam, February 24: SSP Kulgam Shri Sahil Sarangal (IPS), along with officers of Kulgam Police and Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF), paid rich tributes to Martyr DySP Aman Kumar Thakur on his 6th martyrdom anniversary.

DySP Aman Kumar Thakur made the supreme sacrifice in the line of duty during an anti-terror operation at Turigam, Kulgam, on February 24, 2019.

A commemoration parade was held at District Police Lines, Kulgam, where officers honored his bravery by laying floral wreaths at the Martyrs’ Memorial as a mark of respect. The event was a solemn reminder of his unwavering commitment and devotion to protecting the nation’s integrity and sovereignty.

SSP Kulgam, along with other officers, reiterated that Aman Kumar Thakur’s sacrifice will always be remembered, inspiring future generations in the service of the country.
