Daizy Sonal Mishra is eminent fashion icon and dance mentor from Lucknow Uttar Pradesh. In an exclusive interview with The Jazzbaat 24 News Network, she talks to Rameez Makhdoomi.
Tell us a bit about your academic life?
I completed my schooling from City Montessori School, Lucknow, where I always maintained a dignified image. Although I was not very punctual because I constantly participated in dance competitions, I still managed my academics and passion simultaneously. Balancing both was challenging, but it shaped me into the confident and hardworking person I am today.
Your dancing career, especially as a dance teacher?
Since childhood, I dreamt of becoming a dance teacher. Dance has always been more than an art for me it's an emotion. People have always appreciated me as a teacher, and their love has motivated me to keep growing. Very soon, I am planning to open my own dance academy, with my name and logo, where I want to spread awareness about dance as a powerful medium of expression. My goal is to guide children to explore their talent, work hard, and achieve their dreams with proper training and support.
You are also endorsing brands and attending events. Tell us a bit about that?
Yes, I am also an influencer, creating fashion, beauty, and lifestyle content from Lucknow. I have proudly collaborated with 500+ brands, which I truly enjoy because I love being in front of the camera. In 2025, I also started organizing events, and both our recent events Mother s Day and Children s Day received overwhelming love and positive reviews from the audience. These experiences have encouraged me to build bigger and better events in the future.
Your current assignments?
Right now, I am connecting with more brands, planning new creative dance reels, and working on bringing out the best version of myself. My focus is on quality collaborations, unique ideas, and continuous growth both as a dancer and as a creator.
Your inspirations?
I have always been inspired by Nora Fatehi and Michael Jackson. Recently, Nora Fatehi even commented on my reel, and that moment truly overwhelmed me. Above all, I am blessed with parents who constantly support me and encourage me to chase my dreams fearlessly.
How do you see the growth of women in Uttar Pradesh?
Women in Uttar Pradesh are no less than anyone. They are intelligent, talented, and rapidly growing in every field. I believe this is the era where women from our state are creating their own identity with confidence and pride.
Future goals?
My future goals are simple yet powerful:
To become the best version of myself
To establish my own dance academy.
To organize more successful public events.
To collaborate with more brands and grow in the influencer industry.
And if given the chance, to work on TV or even in Bollywood.
