Moitra, tagging Union Minister Rijiju and Arunachal CM Pema Khandu, took to Twitter, questioning the government why MHA is treating Arunachal Pradesh as a "dump for your rubbish"

“Why shame Arunachal by transferring errant Delhi bureaucrat there? Why pay lip service to North East & then treat the area as a dump for your rubbish, MHA?” She tweeted.

She said that the transfer of such an 'errant Delhi bureaucrat' to Arunachal Pradesh is a shame for the state. On the other hand, Sanjeev Khirwar has been awarded a transfer to Ladakh.

The IAS couple were criticized for misusing the Delhi government-run stadium. They were seen walking their dog in the stadium on Thursday. during the couple’s walk, the stadium would be closed for the athletes.

Commenting on the transfer of Sanjeev Khirwar to transfer, former J&K chief minister Omar Abdullah asked why transfer such an officer to a beautiful place like Ladakh

“Why are people calling Ladakh a ‘punishment posting’? For one it’s a beautiful place with very hospitable people & some stunning places to visit and secondly it’s demoralizing for the people there to be given the impression that officers only get sent as a punishment.” Omar Abdullah tweeted.
