Online application for Haj 2023, closes on March 10

Last date for online application for Haj 2023 till March 10 , apply like this Haj yatra 2023 The last date for applying online for people going on Hajj pilgrimage is till March 10.  Whose information has been given by the Ministry of Minority Affairs.  Interested can submit their application at Hajj  committee.gov.in/haf23.     

The submission of online application along with documents started from February 10, 2023 . Notably , the Ministry of Minority Affairs announced a new Haj policy on February 6, under which application forms have been made available free of cost and the cost of per pilgrim package has been reduced to ₹50,000.  Sharing the new Haj policy, the minstry said that a wide choice of embarkation points and special arrangements have been made for women, infants, differently -abled and the elderly.   

 The Haj is an Islamic pilgrimage to Mecca, Saudi Arabia, the holiest place for Muslims.  Haj is an obligatory religious duty for all adult Muslims who are physically and financially able. Meanwhile, Saudi Arabia announced in January that there would be no limit on the number of pilgrims this year, Arab News reported, citing the country's minister of Haj and Umrah Tawfiq al-Rabiyyah.  Speaking at Haj Expo 2023, Tawfiq al-Rabiyyah said that the number of people participating in Haj will increase this year and there will be no age limit for Haj pilgrims this year.
