PSA detainees have been freed from custody and handed over to JIC Humhama

In January of this year, police detained a man from the Sumbal area of North Kashmir’s Bandipora district who now lives in the HMT neighbourhood of Srinagar. Following that, Abdul Hameed Danga, son of late Ghulam Muhammad, was arrested and imprisoned in Srinagar Central Jail under the Public Safety Act (order no DMS/PSA/112/2022 dated 25/01/2022).

According to police sources, the detainee was freed from custody and handed over to JIC Humhama for further processing.
