Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann visits slain singer Sidhu Moose Wala’s residence

Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann visited Sidhu Moose Wala’s residence on Friday to extend his condolence to the family of the slain singer.

Ahead of Punjab CM’s visit to Sidhu Moose Wala’s residence on Friday, a massive protest erupted outside the late singer’s house. The protest was triggered when the locals were allegedly not allowed to enter the Moosa village by deploying heavy security ahead of Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann's visit.

"Our cars are being stopped from entering the village. Our relatives' vehicles are not being allowed to enter," a villager claimed.

However, the police refuted the allegations and said no one was disallowed from entering the village. 

Ahead of the CM’s visit, Aam Aadmi Party MLA Gurpreet Singh reached the late singer’s residence but after facing faced protest had to return.

The BJP and Congress have blamed the AAP-led government for the killing of Sidhu Moose Wala. just a day before the killing, the government had withdrawn the security of 424 people in Punjab, including Sidhu Moose Wala.
