Centre’s Conspiracy Behind Money Offer Allegation: Mamata/ Mamata Banerjee refutes offering money to deceased doctor's family, alleges Centre's conspiracy

West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Monday claimed that she never offered money to deceased doctor's family, referring to the reports of her offering money to the kin of the Kolkata doctor who was raped and murdered in the RG Kar Hospital.
I went to the victims' house but did not give money but spoke about compensation following Court order," said Banerjee. "I told deceased doctor's parents that if they wanted to do something in their daughter's memory, our government with them, she added.
"I don't want to take action against on anyone but resolve the issue through discussion," said the Chief Minister.

The mother of the Kolkata trainee doctor, who was raped and murdered at RG Kar Medical College and Hospital last month, slammed West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, accusing her of lying, alleging that compensation was offered to them. Her reaction came after Banerjee, earlier in the day, dismissed allegations that the Kolkata Police tried to bribe the parents of the trainee doctor, and called the claims against her government 'slander'.
In response, the victim's mother alleged, "The Chief Minister is lying. She said that you will get the compensation, and you can build something in memory of your daughter. I had said then that when my daughter gets justice, I will come to your office and take the compensation."

The Supreme Court  flagged a key issue flagged during the hearing. It was related to lapses in the postmortem report (PMR). A counsel pointed out procedural irregularities, noting that postmortems are not typically conducted after 6 pm. He further flagged that details, such as the time of the postmortem, the name and designation of the doctors were missing.

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Monday said the “dirty face” of West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee was “exposed” during a hearing on the Kolkata rape-murder case in the Supreme court.

Common people and students are demanding the resignation of the Chief Minister,Meanwhile, people may not accept such false statements of the Chief Minister in front of news channels and the situation may become more complicated.
