They are said to have committed abuses of office, involved themselves in such dubious practices, and even committed financial fraud. Under court orders, police or competent investigative agencies must register the FIR-copy of an FIR with clear mentions of the Crime Number, i.e., Case Number, but not less than six digits-and thereafter the same should be sent to the magistrate concerned and the proceedings against the accused should start after the inquiry is complete.
