Isha Ambani made a striking appearance at the Vogue Values Women of Excellence event presented by Tira Beauty in Mumbai on February 17, reaffirming her reputation as one of India’s most closely watched style icons. The event brought together leading names from cinema, fashion and sports, including Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Anita Dongre, but it was Isha’s couture choice that drew particular attention.
For the evening, Isha selected an all white gown from the spring summer 2024 haute couture collection of French luxury house Chanel. The ensemble blended a Grecian silhouette with elements inspired by the Indian saree, reflecting her signature preference for fusing global fashion with traditional influences. The gown featured a draped and pleated bodice reminiscent of a saree pallu, along with a textured fabric detailed with criss cross lines. A sheer embroidered panel with delicate thread work and subtle silver embellishments added dimension, while a thigh high slit and floor length fall gave the look a contemporary edge.
Isha paired the couture creation with statement diamond chandelier earrings anchored by emerald cut centre stones and multiple bold rings. She completed the look with silver embellished slingback heels. Her hair was styled in soft waves with a centre parting, while her makeup palette included glossy brown lips, softly smoked eyes and highlighted cheeks, keeping the focus on the gown and jewellery.
