The excitement could be felt in his words when he mentioned how he was looking forward to meet with the Mauritian leaders. He also shared that he wanted to know each other and also if he can contribute, then he is ok with that.
Mauritius is the home of a considerable Indian population. That is the means by which the two nations are bound together.
