Just such an amazing animated film is going to be released in Indian cinema on June 20. The film is called Elio.
This new original feature from Pixar will be released on June 20. Elio is an animated film, which tells the story of an 11-year-old boy named Elio. By chance, he goes to space and appears in front of a community of alien creatures there. By mistake, everyone thinks he is a representative of Earth! Then Elio has to survive in this unknown world and find his true identity. The film is based on this exciting adventure of Elio.
It is an American animated science fiction adventure film. It is directed by Madeline Sharafian and Domi Shi and is primarily directed by Adrian Molina. The film features the voices of Jonas Kibreb, Jamila Jamil, Brad Garrett, Zoe Saldana, Remi Edgerly, and Shirley Henderson.
The film was officially announced at the D23 Expo in September 2022, where Molina and Drum were already attached to the project as directors and producers.
Kibreb and America Ferrera, on the other hand, are reported to be playing the lead voices of Elio and his mother, respectively.
Jamil and Garrett joined the cast in June 2023. In August 2024, it was announced that Ferreira had left the project due to scheduling conflicts and would be replaced by Saldana, as Elio's aunt, and Sharafian would replace Molina as director, although he still retains directorial credit
Cinephiles can now eagerly await the film.
