Indian Army has begun free CLAT coaching sessions for students in Pohrupet at Qaziabad Institute of Education, Karalgund, in North Kashmir's Kupwara district. These sessions will last for two and a half months. Through screening, preparatory examinations, and in-person interviews, the candidates for these sessions were carefully and methodically chosen.

The entire course is offered without cost.

“Our goal is to get the pupils in shape so they can enrol in the best institutions in the area”, said the officials.

Screening, preparatory examinations, and in-person interviews were used to rigorously and precisely choose the candidates for these programmes.

One of the students, Syed Faheem Geelani said, "We are getting the opportunity to prepare for the CLAT exam. Many poor students are also benefitting from this. We are very thankful to the government for providing us with this opportunity."

The CLAT tutorial consists of weekly examinations in addition to three-hour afternoon lectures. Seven professors make up the core faculty, together with a coordinator who serves as the student’s mentor and watchdog.

The students applauded the Indian Army's efforts to teach the younger generation and advised them to continue doing similar tutorials in the future to keep young people interested.
